Employee Name Badge Program


You’ve decided that your employees would look great with new name badges. You may get decent pricing on the initial order, but all the subsequent orders are a hassle because you may only need one at a time. This Employee Badge Program makes it easy for you to order the small quantities of badges that arise after you place your initial order.

When you place your initial badge order, you will decide how many extra badges make sense. There is a small additional charge on each of the extra badges, but it’s far less than ordering one or two at a time later. The extra badges are included on your bill for the initial order and placed in the online inventory system for later release. When you are ready to order more personalized name badges, simply to go, enter the new names into the predefined field, and submit your order. Your new badges will arrive in the mail.

There are no shipping charges or invoices when badges are released. Your extra badges will be kept in stock for two years. After one year of inactivity, your program will be closed. Released products normally ship First Class Mail.

The minimum quantity for an initial order is 25 engraved badges or 50 digital badges.
